| Project management is arranged by internal web application. It is a detailed web form with
all of the project tasks and issues defined. Every issue/task has a description, history, names of the persons
assigned to it, times estimated and spent for resolving, and all attachments relevant to the issue. Daily,
weekly and monthly reports are generated from the application and a client has access to them. It all depends
how deep a client wants to be involved in the development process, but access is available 24/7/365. Also, it
is not a rare case to use clients’ time/task tracking tools. |

| Team selection is a process based on skill leveling done by EXECOM project managers. Developers are
selected for their previous experience, skills and technologies they experts working with. Once verified,
team structure changing is not possible without client’s approval. |
