The Fixed price development model focuses on understanding the costs before project is approved. This way, both the client and EXECOM must have a complete understanding of the project in terms of scope, timelines, risks and budget. This approach adds value to the client by means of alignment of purchase and actual spending on development.

Clients with a strategy to extend their in-house development capacity with an ‘outside partner’ contract with EXECOM on the basis of the Extended office model. The cooperation usually starts with a pilot project during which the processes between the client and EXECOM team members are synchronized . After the completion of the pilot, both companies make resource planning for the period to come. Resource planning matches the know-how, capacity and technology.
