Power supply management
The solution was delivered within time and budget, allowing users to monitor energy flow remotely. This kind of Green IT initiative is very much supported within EXECOM. The company is striving to contribute to sustainable life-style and work in favor of preserving the planet.
Addressing the problem of power savings, EXECOM’s client developed a power router device which routes and manages energy from various renewable sources, multi-directionally, for residential and industrial use. The task to be performed by EXECOM was implementation of software monitoring of the installed devices: role driven design to set different access levels to various user types.

A global leader in developing and manufacturing electronic hardware, software, and product services that provide customers with advanced electronic solutions. The company has more than 80 years of experience and has become a first-class manufacturer of energy solutions that have supplied the energy market with over 122 MW of solar inverter capacity.
After the positive experience from the previous successful implementation, EXECOM’s client trusted the company with development activities for this very project. Project kick-off set strict standards for the development, initiating regular meetings of two teams involved and efficient coding.
The main functionalities of power router device were successfully presented to EXECOM developers: it easily connects solar, wind and battery power through one device control, then manages and optimizes generated energy, and finally enables users to be in charge of their own power and independent from energy suppliers.
In order to improve usability and management of the device, software was developed as a web portal, providing the following features:
- Presentation of the amount of savings (trees, bottles of soda etc.)
- Presentation of generated power of all installed devices to system administrators
- Tracing of locations of all devices through Google maps
- Weather forecasts and predictions of energy to be generated
- Widget control (re-arrange, upload, removal of widgets)
- Presentation of battery capacity and quality
- A heartbeat option as an indicate that the system is healthy and running
The solution was delivered within time and budget, allowing users to monitor energy flow remotely. This kind of Green IT initiative is very much supported within EXECOM. The company is striving to contribute to sustainable life-style and work in favor of preserving the planet.
- Green IT project that saves energy and its resources
